Mental Skills Training
We are committed to developing healthier minds for individuals, schools, teams, and businesses across the globe.
We are the only active performance mindset partner currently using technology with physical, mental, and social health skills, to teach nervous system regulation.
Athletic Development
Our priority is always on helping individuals achieve peak athletic goals by staying healthy and improving areas of speed, strength, mobility, and conditioning.
Our groups include engage (grades 3-5), perform (grades 6-8), compete (grades 9-12) and college athletes.
Performance Nutrition
We believe a well-fueled athlete is a critical step in developing a smarter athlete, which is why this is such an important part of what we offer.
Our sessions are led by Tim, our Director of Performance Nutrition, who has worked with programs ranging from University of North Carolina and Baylor to University of Colorado and the NBA Summer League.
Recovery Training
We understand the demands athletes face with practices, scrimmages, games and tournament weekends. As a result, we offer recovery sessions designed to help you optimize performance.
Our sessions include no more than four athletes at a time and focus on areas the individual uses and in some cases, overuses, in their sport. Injury reduction, improved flexibility and improved mobility are just a few of the priorities in each session.
On Demand Training
If you’re looking for the flexibility of working out on your time in your home, we have created programs that are designed to help you achieve your goals for as little as $20 per month.
Our on demand training programs are created to align with the demands and expectations of your sport. Programs include training videos for each exercise and a program created by our Director of Athletic Development.
Adult Fitness
If you’re looking for customized programs that fit your goals and lifestyle, but also want a facility that limited the number of adults training to no more than six per hour, you’ve found the right place.
We offer a one-of-a-kind environment for adults who want to get active and stay active. If you’re just starting out or you want a program to help you get ready for that upcoming adult league, our expert coaches are ready to help.
